1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following persons are not eligible to hold an r777 account:

2 Account Registration and Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances

All r777 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on the r777 platform. Funds are transferred via Philippine bank transfer or supported local e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. r777 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Any attempt to fund an account through unsupported methods may result in delay or return of funds at the sender's cost.

5 Gaming Rules and Betting Settlement

Each product available on r777 – including sports betting, live casino games, online slots, and eBingo – operates under its own set of specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. These product-level rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

For sports betting:

• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition.
• r777 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds or markets is identified prior to settlement.
• In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of an event due to a data or timing error will be voided and stakes returned.
• Parlay bets require all legs to be settled as winners. A single void leg in a parlay results in the parlay being recalculated without that leg.

r777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the PHP balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. r777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your r777 account at any time by contacting support through the platform. Upon closure, any verified PHP balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.

r777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• An account has been inactive for an extended period without a PHP balance
• r777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the r777 platform that cannot be resolved through r777's internal dispute process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

r777 operates exclusively for players located in the Philippines. Access from outside the Philippines is not supported and may be blocked at the platform level.

12 Changes to These Terms

r777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number. Continued use of the r777 platform after notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
